Project Seeks to Reorganize & Consolidate the Mexican Constitution

Posted on 03.02.16 by admin

In an effort to address the problems of hyper-reformism that plague the Mexican constitution, scholars at the Institute of Legal Studies of the National Autonomous University (ILJ-UNAM) have drafted a reorganized and consolidated version of the country’s constitution. English translations of the proposed constitution and accompanying materials are now available on the CCP website. Read Andrea Pozas-Loyo’s I-CONnect post to learn more about the project, and check out this interesting graphic that visualizes the reorganization.
