CCP co-director helps bring recognition to champion of the 27th Amendment

27th_Amendment_crop5Thirty-five years after receiving a C- on his university paper about a then-abandoned US constitutional amendment proposal, Gregory Watson is getting his grade changed to an A+. After receiving the disappointing grade in 1982, Watson spearheaded an effort to revive the constitutional proposal, which ultimately resulted in the ratification of the 27th Amendment in 1992.
