CCP and IACL Relaunch Constitutional Studies as Multilingual Journal

We are thrilled to announce a new partnership between the Comparative Constitutions Project and the International Association of Constitutional Law to jointly publish the journal Constitutional Studies. We have relaunched the journal as an international multilingual, open access journal, publishing work on the theory and practice of constitutional government around the world.

Our first issue under the journal’s relaunch explores the state of the field of constitutional studies in regions and disciplines around the world. We invite you to read the full June 2025 issue or explore individual articles below, examining constitutional developments through varied regional trends globally and diverse disciplinary viewpoints.

The journal will be published biannually and entirely online, with issues each June and December. We invite you to learn more about the benefits of publishing with CS, how to submit your work, and what our editorial process entails. We also invite you to learn more about doing book reviews and special issues with the journal.

Please feel free to follow the journal on social media and signup for the journal’s email list to receive future issues in your inbox.
