Algeria expected to restrict presidency to two terms. Algeria's parliament, which is dominated by pro-government parties, is expected to approve President Abdelaziz Bouteflika's slate of proposed constitutional reforms on Sunday. The revised constitution would establish a presidential two-term limit, thus reversing a 2008 constitutional amendment that lifted presidential term limits and allowed Bouteflika to serve four consecutive terms despite tenuous health and infrequent public appearances.
